  Unlike the common perception of Mormons due to the bad rep that a few confused and miscommunicating ones have created, this religion is a very spiritual and deep one. Family and kindness are upheld in this religion as closely as faith in our heavenly Father and his holy son, Jesus Christ. Believe it or not, Latter-Day Saints are not entirely different from most other Christian religions, they even read The Holy Bible and study it as vigorously as The Book of Mormon, which is really just another testament of Christ's sacrifice and plan. There's no trickery involved, no voodoo magic or devil worshipping, and I have no idea where the last review was going with "black skin" in another life. This religion is precious to many people, and personally, until one fully studies every word and every aspect of any religion, I don't think that person has a good foundation for his or her arguments, and therefore the opinions of those hold little to no credit in giving factual information to the public. I hope those who read this review will formulate their own opinions of each religion they come across, and not by gathering false or uncredited information from bitter souls.

  The previous poster who said that you would come back in the next life with black skin had the story wrong. According to Mormon teachings (up until 1978), God cursed the Lamanites - and their descendants - with black skin.
  
  According to Brigham Young:
  
  "Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African Race? If the White man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of Cain, the penalty, under the law of God, is death on the spot. This will always be so."
  
  "Cain slew his brother. . . and the Lord put a mark upon him, which is the flat nose and black skin."
  
  Pretty messed up, huh?
